Purpose of meeting is to:

– Receive and consider the reports of the Directors & Auditors

– Receive and consider and adopt the audited accounts for year ending 31st December 2019

– Appoint Auditors for year ending 31st December 2020

– Elect new Officers to Board of Management

– To transact any other business which may be properly transacted at an AGM
